For over 40 years, the Distinguished Teacher Award has recognized exceptional teaching and dedication to the students and mission of Pratt Institute

 

The Distinguished Teacher is nominated by students and the award is conferred jointly by the Academic Senate, administration, and Board of Trustees. The recipient addresses the student body at Commencement and presents the mace at graduation ceremonies.
